Anurag Bhargava, MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine) is a physician, who works at Jan Swasthya Sahayog in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. He is involved in developing a tuberculosis treatment service and a bio-environmental malaria control programme with active community participation.

Anurag Bhargava did his postgraduation and senior residency from All India Institute of Medical Studies, New Delhi. He then worked as Assistant Professor at the Pramukhswami Medical College, Karamsad, Gujarat till November 1999. His work highlighted the important role of unsafe and irrational blood transfusions in the spread of HIV in rural Gujarat.
